Q:What are Evergreen Court’s rates, lease
terms and financial arrangements?
A: Independent living apartments are
leased on a six-month term, then become month-to-month with the
right to cancel anytime with a 20-day notice. Assisted living
apartments are rented on a month-to-month basis; a small move-in
fee is required for all Assisted Living apartments. Evergreen Court
offers a limited number of Medicaid Assisted Living apartments as
